What are the benefits?
Realtor Referral Partners receive a referral fee for each landlord that becomes a member of the DIYLandlord.club. The DIYLandlord.club is also a resource for Realtors who don't specialize in rentals or property management.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. Complete the registration form (it takes 1 minute). You will receive an email confirming the registration, and then you can start to refer and earn!
Realtor Referral Partner Guidelines
The referral fee is a one-time payment per referral.
The referral cannot be a previous referral restarting online services with DIYLandlord.club.
Referral fees are payable to the real estate associate's registered broker.
To receive the referral fee, the real estate licensee and their broker must have an active real estate license in Florida or the state where they are licensed.
To receive the referral fee, the real estate licensee must register as a Referral Partner and be registered with a licensed and active broker.
Referral fees are paid within 30 days after the referral subscribes and pays the DIYLandlord.club membership fee or signs a management service agreement and pays for the service.
